中医学理论体系的主要特点是整体观念和辩证论治,关注机体脏腑之间及与外界环境的系统联系。中土五行学说以中气为轴,立足气血层面刻画四维运转。缺血性心肌病以心气亏虚为始动因素,且在不同的阶段表现为不同的病理形式。基于此,本文以中土五行学说为指导通过分析脏腑和气血关系讨论疾病起源及在不同时期相应产生的病理变化,立于整体把握总体病机,有助实施临床论治,发挥中医学治疗优势,为形成系统诊疗体系提供思路。The main features of the theoretical system of Chinese medicine are the holistic concept and dialectical treatment, focusing on the systematic connection between the internal organs of the organism and the external environment. The doctrine of the five elements of the earth and the middle earth is based on the four-dimensional operation of the qi and blood levels. Ischemic cardiomyopathy is initiated by heart qi deficiency and manifests itself in different pathological forms at different stages.
