Postoperative dressing change is a key factor affecting the final surgical efficacy and patient satisfaction. This article summarizes Professor Peng Zuoying’s clinical experience in dressing change for patients undergoing perianal skin detachment block surgery, including preliminary preparation work, drug application principles, and specific dressing change procedures, in order to provide reference and guidance for postoperative dressing change in patients with perianal itching in the future.
