(P Objective: To investigate the practical effect of evidence-based nursing in postoperative pain management in neurosurgery patients. Methods: A total of 100 patients after neurosurgery from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine postoperative care, and the observation group received evidence-based nursing. The pain scores, nursing satisfaction and postoperative complication rates of the two groups were compared at different times after surgery. Results: The pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions: The application of evidence-based nursing in postoperative pain management of neurosurgery patients can effectively reduce pain, improve nursing satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of promotion.
