企业实践是分类培养研究生教育教学环节中体现工程特色、人才规格的重要一环,对强化研究生解决工程复杂问题的实践创新能力培养至关重要。本文针对石油工程专业学位研究生在开展企业实践中出现“生产在岗时间短、深入流程实践难、实践创新能力弱”的问题,通过分析企业实践效果影响因素及其作用机制,提出树立研究生能力培养全系统、全流程理念,构建“三结合、四协同”为核心的研究生企业实践效果提升模式,对提升工程类专业学位研究生的企业实践效果起到了显著的促进作用。Enterprise practice is an important part of the classified training of graduate education and teaching, which reflects engineering characteristics and talent specifications. It is crucial to strengthen the practical and innovative ability of graduate students to solve complex engineering problems. In response to the problems of “short production on-the-job time, difficulty in in-depth process practice, and weak practical innovation ability” encountered by graduate students majoring in petroleum engineering in carrying out enterprise practice, this paper analyzes the influencing factors and mechanisms of enterprise practice effects, proposes the establishment of a comprehensive system and process concept for graduate student ability cultivation, and constructs a “triple integration, quadruple synergy” core model for improving the enterprise practice effect of graduate students majoring in engineering. This has played a significant role in promoting the improvement of the enterprise practice effect of graduate students majoring in engineering.

As a core course in petroleum engineering majors, “Engineering Fluid Mechanics” plays an important role in cultivating students’ comprehensive abilities. Deeply understanding the importance of case base construction in achieving the certification and training objectives of engineering education, analyzing the teaching status of this course, innovating the construction ideas of case base based on the background of petroleum engineering major, exploring new ways of integrating case-based teaching into the entire teaching process, can provide useful reference and guidance for cultivating petroleum talents in the new era and for other universities to carry out course case teaching in petroleum engineering major.
