在全球化背景下,《商务日语礼仪》课程的教学改革以提高学生跨文化交际能力和适应国际商务环境的竞争力为目标。本文基于现有课程存在的理论与实践脱节、文化教学深度不足等问题,提出了文化理解与实践相结合的教学模式。首先,对现有课程进行了问题分析,指出其在文化内涵理解和实践环节的不足。其次,设计商务用语、就职活动、商务礼仪、商务接待四个单元的教学模式,以多元化的教学方法和模拟演练帮助学生在动态商务场景中掌握礼仪知识的应用技巧。最后,构建了综合的教学效果评价体系,通过学生反馈、教师自评、同行评议及长期跟踪等方式,保障课程改革的有效性。本研究旨在为《商务日语礼仪》课程提供科学的教学改革依据,并展望跨学科合作的未来发展方向,以培养具备国际化视野和跨文化沟通能力的高素质商务人才。In the context of globalization, the teaching reform of the “Business Japanese Etiquette” course aims to enhance students’ cross-cultural communication skills and competitiveness in the international business environment. This paper addresses existing issues in the course, such as the disconnect between theory and practice and the insufficient depth of cultural instruction, and proposes a teaching model that integrates cultural understanding with practical application. First, the current course is analyzed, revealing gaps in cultural comprehension and practical training. Next, a teaching model is designed around four units—business language, job-hunting activities, business etiquette, and business reception—using diversified teaching methods and simulated exercises to help students apply etiquette knowledge effectively in dynamic business scenarios.
