Al-4Mg-0.15Ti-0.15Sc-0.15Zr合金的重熔组织和力学性能研究被引量:2

制备了Al-4Mg-0.15Ti-0.15Sc-0.15Zr合金,并对该铝合金进行了4次重熔。利用SEM、EDS、XRD等技术研究了重熔对合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:重熔前,Ti、Zr、Sc与Al反应形成了多层塔状的Al_3(Sc_(1-x-y)Ti_xZr_y)初生相,作为形核质点,细化了基体组织。随着重熔次数增加,晶粒尺寸增大,尺寸均匀性降低,该初生相晶粒细化效果逐渐减弱,合金力学性能降低。这归因于多次重熔后熔体内有效形核质点数量减少,塔状Al_3(Sc_(1-x-y)Ti_xZr_y)形核质点粗化,并变为碎块状。

采用力学性能试验和组织观察的方法,研究了不同成分配比的复合孕育剂Ti、Zr对铸造铝铜合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:元素Ti和Zr的复合添加能够明显促进铝铜合金晶粒细化,增加合金的抗拉强度和塑性。当复合添加0.1%Zr+0.5%Ti时,试样组织晶粒细化作用最明显,平均晶粒尺寸仅为28μm,使粗大的等轴枝晶细化为细小的等轴晶;当复合添加0.5%Zr+0.1%Ti时,试样抗拉强度达到了最大值110.38 MPa,断后伸长率达到了5.67%,综合力学性能较好。

Corrosion behaviors of thermally grown oxide films on Fe-based bulk metallic glasses被引量:1

Oxide films formed on the surfaces of Fe-based bulk metallic glasses in the temperature range between 373 K and 573 K were characterized and their effects on the corrosion behaviors were investigated by microstructural and electrochemical analysis. The oxide film formed at 573 K is iron-rich oxide and it exhibits an n-type semiconductor at a higher potential than 0.35 V and a p-type semiconductor at a lower potential than 0.35 V. Capacitance measurements show that the donor density decreases with the increase in oxidation temperature, while the thickness of the space charge layer increases with the oxidation temperature rising. The result of immersion tests shows that the mass loss rate increases with the oxidation temperature rising. Therefore, the correlation between microstructure and corrosion resistance needs to be proposed because the corrosion resistance is deteriorated with the development of the oxide films.

针对铝合金硬钎料熔点较高这一问题,在HL401钎料的基础上研制了三种钎料,并对其铺展性和熔点进行了测试。结果表明,L1钎料在LF2铝合金上的润湿性较好,钎料固相线温度为483.6℃,液相线温度仅491.7℃。接头剪切性能测试结果表明,L1钎料可在520℃对LF2铝合金进行钎焊,接头性能较高,为96.43MPa;当钎焊温度为540℃,保温时间13 min时,接头剪切强度最高,达到了103.57 MPa。

Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Aer Met 100 Ultra-high Strength Steel Joints by Laser Welding被引量:4

AerMet100 ultra-high strength steel plates with a thickness of 2 mm were welded using a COz laser welding system. The influences of the welding process parameters on the morphology and microstructure of the welding joints were investigated, and the mechanical property of the welding joints was analyzed. The experimental results showed that the fusion zone of welding joint mainly consisted of columnar grains and a fine dendrite substructure grew epitaxially from the matrix. With the other conditions remaining unchanged, a finer weld microstructure was along with the scanning speed increase. The solidification microstructure gradually transformed from cellular crystal into dendrite crystal and the spaces of dendrite secondary arms rose from the fusion line to the center of the fusion zone. In the fusion zone of the weld, the rapid cooling caused the formation of martensite, which led the microhardness of the fusion zone higher than that of the matrix and the heat affected zone. The tensile strength of the welding joints was tested as 1 700 MPa, which was about 87% of the matrix. However, the tensile strength of the welding joints without defects existed was tested as 1832 MPa, which was about 94% of the matrix.

Cu、Zn、La对Al-Si基钎料钎焊性能的影响被引量:1

使用正交试验法设计9组添加不同含量Cu、Zn、La元素的Al-4Si基钎料,分析了钎料对LF6铝合金润湿性的影响,并采用润湿性最好的钎料对LF6铝合金进行炉中钎焊,测试了接头剪切强度。结果表明,钎料组织由α-Al基体相、初晶Si相、Al2Cu(θ)相及La Si相组成,并且随着La含量的增加,钎料中初晶Si相成形更加良好;随着Zn含量的增加,钎料中的Al2Cu(θ)相的形状由网状转变为多边形块状。La元素对钎料的铺展性影响较大,Cu元素其次,Zn元素相对比较弱。由正交试验得出6号钎料Al-4Si-15Cu-35Zn-0.2La的铺展面积最大,为226.87 mm^2,钎料液相线为499℃,在530℃保温15 min条件下LF6铝合金钎焊接头平均剪切强度为101.03 MPa。

采用真空电子束焊对LY12铝合金进行焊接,分析了焊接速度、电子束流对焊缝组织的影响规律,并对接头拉伸性能进行了测试。试验结果表明,随着焊接速度增加或电子束流降低,焊缝组织逐步细化,接头强度增加,当电子束流为18 mA、焊接速度为1000 mm/min时,焊缝组织最细小,接头抗拉强度最高,为373.2 MPa。
