Effect of liquid diffusion coefficients on microstructure evolution during solidification of Al356.1 alloy被引量:1

(The effect of liquid diffusion coefficients on the microstructure evolution during solidification of primary (Al) phase in Al356.1 alloy was investigated by means of the phase-field simulation using two sets of diffusion coefficients in liquid phase, while fixing other thermophysical and numerical parameters. The first set is only with impurity coefficients of liquid phase in Arrhenius formula representing only the temperature dependence. While the second set is with the well-established atomic mobility database representing both temperature and concentration dependence. For the second set of liquid diffusion coefficients, the effect of non-diagonal diffusion coefficients on the microstructure evolution in Al356.1 alloy during solidification was also analyzed. The differences were observed in the morphology, tip velocity and composition profile ahead of the tip of the dendrite due to the three cases of liquid diffusivities. The simulation results indicate that accurate databases of mobilities in the liquid phase are highly needed for the quantitative simulation of microstructural evolution during solidification.

相组成对SiO_2-Al_2O_3-MgO-CaO-F^-玻璃陶瓷力学性能的影响被引量:1

采用熔铸法制备SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-CaO-F玻璃陶瓷,然后进行整体晶化;通过显微结构和物相分析、力学性能检测等手段,研究玻璃陶瓷的相组成对抗弯强度、断裂韧性和显微硬度等力学性能的影响。结果表明:通过调整原料成分配比,可实现对玻璃陶瓷中不同晶相含量的调整;随玻璃陶瓷中氟磷灰石成分(CaHPO4+CaCO3+CaF2)的含量增加,力学性能明显提高;当原料中氟磷灰石成分的理论配比(质量分数)达到40%时,玻璃陶瓷的抗弯强度、断裂韧性、显微硬度都达到实验范围内的最大值,分别为93.22 MPa、3.74 MPa·m1/2和698 MPa。相组成对SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-CaO-F玻璃陶瓷力学性能的影响主要归因于各种析出相对玻璃陶瓷的增韧效果。

P_yC/SiC/TaC界面对三维细编C_f/C复合材料力学性能的影响

采用等温气相沉积方法制备了一种含PyC/SiC/TaC界面的炭/炭复合材料,采用偏光显微镜、X射线衍射和扫描电镜分析了材料的结构和断裂特点,采用单轴拉伸和三点弯曲方法研究了PyC/SiC/TaC界面对炭/炭复合材料力学性能的影响。金相和XRD表明热解炭界面是各向同性炭,TaC界面是NaCl型立方结构,SiC的结构以立方β-SiC为主,有少量的10H-SiC结构。TaC/SiC纤维界面能显著提高复合材料的拉伸、弯曲性能以及Z向压缩性能。整体密度为1.89 g/cm3时,含界面炭/炭材料的抗弯强度达375 MPa,约为无界面材料的4倍,同时材料整体密度的增加也能显著改善其力学性能。分析表明材料总体呈非线性脆断,有一定的假塑性行为。压缩载荷作用下Z向和XY向都为与受力方向成45°的剪切型破坏。

锆钛酸铅压电纤维及其复合材料的制备与表征被引量:1

采用粘稠塑性加工法制备了直径为200μm的锆钛酸铅(PZT)压电纤维,并通过排列-浇注法获得纤维体积分数为50%的1-3型压电复合材料。研究烧结温度对压电纤维的物相和显微结构的影响,并对1-3型压电复合材料及单根压电纤维的结构与性能进行表征。研究结果表明:1250℃烧结条件下获得的压电纤维直径约为160μm,且晶粒大小较均匀,约为2~5μm,压电系数d33为573pC?N?1,1-3型压电复合材料的d33为382 pC?N?1,厚度模式机电耦合系数kt为0.58,径向模式机电耦合系数kp为0.30。

梯度分布TaC界面改性C/C复合材料的微观结构与力学性能被引量:2

利用化学气相渗透法在三维细编穿刺炭毡中的炭纤维表面沉积TaC陶瓷界面,通过控制气体在预制体中的流动方向,获得梯度分布TaC界面改性C/C复合材料。研究了材料的微观结构、弯曲性能以及断裂韧性,结果表明:TaC呈层状分布在炭纤维表面,从C/C复合材料表层到内部,TaC陶瓷相的含量呈梯度分布;梯度分布TaC界面改性C/C复合材料的平均弯曲强度为272.6MPa,平均断裂韧性为5.0MPa·m1/2;整体上,沿材料厚度(Z轴)方向,随TaC含量的降低,纤维的拔出长度明显变短;在表层富TaC区,TaC含量对材料断裂行为有较大影响,其表现为:在TaC含量较多的外层,材料断裂为脆性断裂,而在TaC含量较少的内层,材料断裂为假塑性断裂。

Structural, elastic and electronic properties of Cu-X compounds from first-principles calculations被引量:1

The structural, elastic and electronic properties of Cu-X compounds in the Cu-X(X =Al, Be, Mg, Sn, Zn and Zr) systems were predicted systematically by first-principles calculations. The ground state properties such as lattice constant, bulk modulus(B)and it's pressure derivative(B') were predicted by fitting a four-parameter Birch–Murnaghan equation and the elastic constants(cij′s)are determined by an efficient strain-stress method. The calculated lattice parameters and cij′s of these binary compounds agree well with the available experimental data in the literature. In addition, elastic properties of polycrystalline aggregates including bulk modulus(B), shear modulus(G), elastic modulus(E), B/G(bulk/shear) ratio, and anisotropy ratio(AU) are calculated and compared with the experimental and theoretical results available in the literature. Based on electronic density of states(DOS) analysis, it can be revealed that all the compounds in the present work are metallic in nature.

包埋-化学气相沉积两步法制备ZrC涂层的结构与抗烧蚀性能被引量:4

采用先包埋、然后化学气相沉积(CVD)的复合工艺,在石墨材料表面制备ZrC涂层,并对其进行氧乙炔焰烧蚀试验。借助X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析烧蚀前后涂层的微观组织形貌及相组成,研究涂层的抗烧蚀机理。结果表明:包埋-CVD两步法制备的ZrC涂层,包埋层具有双层结构,外层多孔、内层致密;CVD层表面呈凸胞状形貌,为柱状晶结构;包埋多孔层与CVD层相互嵌入,形成机械互锁结构,增强了涂层间的界面结合强度。30 s氧乙炔焰烧蚀试验表明:ZrC涂层具有很好的结构稳定性和良好的抗热震性能;烧蚀产物为单斜型ZrO2,质量烧蚀率和线烧蚀率分别为1.50×10-3 g/s和0.47×10-3 mm/s,涂层具有良好的高温抗烧蚀性能和抗冲刷性能。

Valence states, impurities and electrocrystallization behaviors during molten salt electrorefining for preparation of high-purity titanium powder from sponge titanium被引量:11

High-purity titanium powder was prepared by molten salt electrorefining from sponge titanium in NaCl-KCl-TiClx salts. The titanium valence, purity and electrocrystallization during electrolysis process were studied. The XPS analysis showed that the titanium valences are mainly +4, +3 and +2 at the earlier, medium and later stages of electrolysis, respectively. During the electrolysis process, the contents of impurities Si, Cr, Mn, Al vary little, and the contents of impurities Fe, Cu, Ni decrease markedly, while the contents of impurities O, N, H increase obviously. The residual impurities are usually distributed in small tunnel of dendritic crystals. Enhancing the electrolysis temperature and prolonging the electrolysis time can increase the titanium particle size. The TEM analysis showed that the electrodeposited titanium is not a single crystal, but contains many nanostructured grains and subgrains, with grain size of 100-500 nm. The electrolysis mechanisms were also discussed.

Preparation of ultrafine WC-10Co composite powders by reduction and carbonization被引量:2

A solid state synthesis of ultrafine/nanocrystalline WC-10Co composite powders was reported from WO3 , Co3O4 and carbon powders after reduction and carburization at relatively low temperatures in a short time under pure H2 atmosphere. The effects of ball milling time and reaction temperature on the preparation of ultrafine/nanocrystalline WC-Co composite powders were studied using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that fine mixed oxide powders (WO3 , Co3O4 and carbon powders) can be obtained by long time ball milling. Increasing the reaction temperature can decrease the formation of Co3W3C and graphite phases and increase the WC crystallite size. Long-time ball milling and high reaction temperature are favorable to obtain fine and pure composite powders consisting of nanocrystalline WC from WO3 , Co3O4 and carbon powders.
