荧光增强型共轭聚电解质的合成及对肝素的双通道检测被引量:5

通过Suzuki偶联反应制备了含有四苯基乙烯和苯并噻二唑2种结构单元的阳离子型共轭聚电解质P1,并通过核磁共振氢谱确定了2种结构单元的比例为0.803∶0.197,与投料比基本一致.当在P1的水溶液中加入不良溶剂THF时,在紫外光照下可以观察到其溶液颜色由土黄色(无聚集态)转变为橙黄色(聚集态).利用P1在不同聚集态下的荧光强度和发光颜色变化,可以实现对肝素的双通道检测.当肝素逐渐滴加到P1的水溶液中,P1的荧光发射强度随着肝素浓度的增加而线性增加,且其最大发射峰峰位发生线性红移,正负电荷饱和时强度达到最大且波长不再移动,该性质可作为双通道检测信号来标定肝素的浓度,从而提高肝素浓度检测的准确性.动态激光光散射的测试以及肝素滴定紫外图谱的变化结果表明,肝素与P1作用时聚集诱导发光和荧光共振能量转移两种作用共存,从而导致了荧光强度的增强,且伴随最大发射波长的红移。

Effect of bilayer number on the photoluminescent property of TPE-based self-assembled film

Tetraphenylethylene (TPE) derivatives have been proved to be typical aggregation-induced emission (AIE) luminogens when they were aggregated in the free three-dimensional space. In order to reveal the effect of the dimensional degree on AIE property of TPEs, we utilized tetra(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethylene (TPE-4OH) and 1,4-benzenediamine diazonium salt (BD) to fabricate the ultrathin films (TPE-4OH/BD LBL SA film) through layer-by-layer self-assembled technique. The interaction between TPE-4OH and BD in the films was converted from electrostatic force and hydrogen-bond to covalent bonds through photodecomposition of diazonium groups under UV irradiation. Fluorescence emission spectroscopy, UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy and atomic force microscope were carried out to evaluate the relationship between bilayer number and photoluminescence of the TPE-based self-assembled films. The experimental results showed that the TPE-based film with three bilayers only displayed AIE character, whereas the fluorescence of the film became randomly changed if the bilayer number was above three. It is supposed that the fluorescence property of the TPE-4OH/BD LBL SA film with limited molecular length in z-axis and infinite aggregation space in x-and y-axis is dominated by two competitive effects, one is the partial restriction of intramolecular rotation through short inter-molecular interactions in cross-linked structure of TPE-4OH/BD, and the other is deactivation of its excited state through unrestricted intramolecular rotations or π-π interactions.

An AIEE polyelectrolyte as a light-up fluorescent probe for heparin sensing in full detection range被引量:2

Polyelectrolyte PTPEPyH, containing tetraphenylethene (TPE) and pyridinium, was synthesized. Its optical properties were investigated with spectroscopies and the results showed that there were two emission-enhanced stages in the interaction between positive-charged PTPEPyH and negative-charged biomacromolecule heparin. The mechanism was very different due to the reduced non-radiative energy loss and the change of surroundings. The polyelectrolyte PTPEPyH, compared with ChS and HA, also showed high selectivity for heparin in the buffer solution and could be used as a potential bio-probe for heparin quantification in the clinical full range.

基于水溶性2,5-二(4'-羧基苯基)-1-苯基吡咯的羧酸钠盐(TPP-2COONa)具有质子化荧光淬灭、去质子化荧光增强的特征.在研究了TPP-2COONa的紫外吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱对pH的响应规律的同时,以此为荧光探针,证实了TPP-2COOH对于多种胺类(氨水、二异丙胺、异丙胺和三乙胺)荧光增强响应明显,而对芳香胺(吡咯、苯胺、吡啶)没有任何荧光响应,其中对于氨水最为敏感,在很窄的pH区间和低浓度范围内荧光强度大幅度增长,体现了该探针对于氨水具有良好的选择性和灵敏度,并可简易实现"在线裸眼检测".

侧链含氨基的聚(对亚苯基亚乙炔基-对亚苯基-咔唑)三元共聚物的合成及其聚集态下荧光特性被引量:1

通过Sonogashira偶联反应制备了含有4-[2-(对苯胺)乙烯基]苯(M1)、2,5-二戊烷氧基-1,4-二乙炔基苯(M2)和9-辛基咔唑(M3)3种结构单元的三元共轭聚合物PPEC,并通过核磁共振氢谱确定了3种结构单元的比例为0.54∶1.00∶0.46(M1∶M2∶M3).由于在PPEC的侧链中含有氨基基团,通过在PPEC的THF溶液中分别加入水、甲醇和正己烷,诱导其产生聚集,其聚集后的荧光性质表现出明显的不同,在THF与水的混合溶剂中,PPEC发光强度会随着水含量的增加先是急剧降低,而后在高水含量时发光强度又显著增强;在THF与甲醇的混合溶剂中,PPEC发光强度随着甲醇的加入只是逐渐降低;在THF与正己烷的混合溶剂中,PPEC的发光强度则会随着正己烷的增加而增强.该结果表明氨基通过与水,或者自身所形成氢键作用,改变了PPEC分子链之间的聚集态结构,降低了分子内旋转非辐射能量效率,从而有效改善共轭聚合物的主链发光性质,这为设计聚集态下(或固态下)高性能的荧光共轭聚合物提供了一种新思路.
