综放沿空掘巷合理位置及控制技术被引量:166

采用理论分析方法,建立了沿空掘巷的结构力学模型,推导出"内应力场"宽度表达式,确定了合理的沿空掘巷位置,预计了沿空巷道围岩变形量,进而确定巷道断面参数。提出顶板高强度高预应力锚杆支护和高强度锚索加强支护、减小窄煤柱帮锚杆间距和实体煤帮二次支护的非对称综放沿空掘巷围岩控制技术,采用系统信息设计方法确定了锚杆支护参数,成功地应用于工程实践。

Deformation mechanism and stability control of roadway along a fault subjected to mining被引量:11

It is difficult to maintain the roadway around a fault because of the fractured surroundings, complex stress environment, and large and intense deformation in the mining process. Based on a tailgate of panel $2205 in Tunliu colliery, in Shanxi province, China, we investigated the evolution of stress and displace- ment of rocks surrounding the roadway during the drivage and mining period using theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field trial methods. We analyzed the deformation and failure mechanisms of the tailgate near a fault. The deformation of surrounding rock caused by unloading in the drivage period is large and asymmetric, the roadway convergence increases with activation of the fault and secondary fracture develops in the mining period. Therefore, we proposed a specific control technique of the road- way along a fault as follows: (1) High-strength yielding bolt not only supports the shallow rock to load- bearing structures, but also releases primary deformation energy by use of a pressure release device in order to achieve high resistance to the pressure retained: (2) Grouting of near-fault ribside after initial stabilization of the rock deformation is used to reinforce the broken rock, and to improve the integral load-bearing capacity ol~ the roadway. The research results were successfully applied to a field trial.

A method for computing unsupported roof distance in roadway advancement and its in-situ application被引量:2

A reasonable unsupported roof distance(URD) when advancing underground coal mine roadways can contribute greatly to safe and rapid roadway development.A mechanical model of the roof,using the relationship between the roof stress distribution and URD,obtained by the difference method,and roof stability according to the in-situ roof stress and rock mass strength was developed.We subsequently designed a proper range of URD,developed a testing method of URD with the function of mining protection,evaluated roof stability through analyzing the test data and then determined a reasonable URD.Considering the factors of the geological conditions,the immediate roof stability and the efficiency of the labor arrangement system,the URD of the advancing roadway of 9802 working face in Zhangshuanglou coal mine was determined to be 6 m using the proposed method.The results show that,when a 2 m length of roadway was reinforced by temporary support and high pre-stressed bolt support after the roadway advancement of 6 m per cycle,the speed and the security of the roadway development can be achieved and the advance rate can reach more than 400 m per month.

沿空留巷巷内支护技术研究与应用被引量:239

针对沿空留巷围岩变形大、变形不匀均、维护效果差等状况,以沁新矿沿空留巷为工程背景,采用数值模拟分析了巷内支护与围岩变形、应力分布的关系,揭示了沿空留巷巷内支护机理:采用高阻让压支护,提高沿空留巷围岩承载能力和抗变形能力,适应沿空留巷阶段性围岩大变形与应力调整。开发了沿空留巷巷内支护技术:①基本支护:采用高预紧力、高强度、大延伸率锚杆与锚索支护,提高围岩承载能力、适应围岩大变形;②加强支护:回采工作面后方一定范围内的沿空留巷采用高阻让压的单体液压支柱加强顶、底板支护,即在采空区顶板破断和沿空留巷围岩应力调整的剧烈阶段,通过单体液压支柱有效支撑顶底板、减小顶板回转、下沉和巷道底臌,保持沿空留巷围岩稳定;③沿空留巷围岩变形稳定后撤除作为加强支护的单体液压支柱。

空巷顶板稳定性力学分析及充填技术研究被引量:54

以柳林郭家山煤矿4217综放工作面(回收上山煤柱)过空巷为工程背景,建立了基于工作面超前采动影响的空巷顶板力学模型,分析了空巷顶板稳定性与空巷充填体相互作用关系,得到了空巷顶板稳定的充填体支护阻力计算式,确定空巷充填体的支护阻力不低于3.58 MPa,提出采用高水材料充填过空巷技术:1)高水材料浆液可对空巷周围破碎煤岩体与空间胶结形成整体结构,提高对顶板的支撑作用;2)采用高水材料水灰比2.5∶1能满足支护空巷顶板强度要求,保证顶板不发生滑落失稳和回转变形失稳。工程应用表明,高水材料充填空巷保持了煤壁和顶板的稳定性,是安全快速过空巷的有效途径之一。

基于高预紧力支护围岩内部的应力分析,文章于应力改善、增韧止裂、限制离层、增大残余强度等四个方面分析其对围岩的改善原理。并针对利民煤矿迎采动工作面沿空掘巷的老顶回转变形、动压影响,提出采用"强"、"紧"、"扩"、"固"相结合的"四位一体"支护策略,并在现场进行了工业性对比试验。试验结果表明:预紧力矩300N.m支护巷道顶底、两帮最大变形速度是预紧力矩100N.m的50.8%和60%;提高预紧力可以显著抑制围岩破碎,提高支护体完整性和残余支护强度,提升巷道对动压的承受能力。

High-resistance controlled yielding supporting technique in deep-well oil shale roadways被引量:3

In order to avoid the deep-well oil shale roadway being deformed, damaged, or difficult to maintain after excavating and supporting in Haishiwan coal mine, this paper has analyzed the characteristics of the deformed roadway and revealed its failure mechanism by taking comprehensively the methods of field geological investigation, displacement monitoring of surrounding rock, rock properties and hydration properties experiments and field application tests. Based on this work, the high-resistance controlled yielding supporting principle is proposed, which is: to "resist" by high pre-tightening force and high stiff- ness in the early stage, to "yield" by making use of the controlled deformation of a yielding tube in the middle stage, and to "fix" by applying total-section Gunite in the later stage. A high-resistance controlled yielding supporting technique of "high pre-tightening force yielding anchor bolt + small-bore pre-tight- ening force anchor cable + rebar ladder beam + rhombic metal mesh + lagging gunite" has been estab- lished, and industrial on site testing implemented. The practical results show that the high-resistance controlled yielding supporting technique can effectively control the large deformation and long-time rheology of deep-well oil shale roadways and can provide beneficial references for the maintenance of other con-generic roadways.Deep-well Oil shale

深部浅孔爆破窄充填体沿空留巷技术研究与应用被引量:4

为预防深部坚硬顶板沿空留巷大面积来压,并降低留巷成本,提出采用'浅孔爆破+窄充填体'的方式进行沿空留巷。采用FLAC3D软件模拟三种不同充填体宽度条件下的沿空留巷方案,比较围岩变形情况确定了充填体宽度。通过理论计算和工程实践经验,确定了浅孔爆破参数。矿压监测数据表明,浅孔爆破预裂配合窄充填体,能有效地切断采空区侧顶板,使留巷满足复用要求。

Catastrophe mechanism and disaster countermeasure for soft rock roadway surrounding rock in Meihe mine被引量:5

The soft rock's heterogeneity and nonlinear mechanical behavior cause extremely difficult maintenance on the soft rock roadway. Aiming at the asymmetric deformation and destruction phenomenon appearing after excavating and supporting the 7101 air return way in Meihe mine, this paper comprehensively adopted a variety of methods to analyze the roadway surrounding rock deformation rule, obtaining the roadway surrounding rock stress and plastic zone distribution rule under no supporting condition and the roadway surrounding rock deformation features under original symmetric supporting condition.Furthermore, this paper revealed the catastrophe mechanism, and proposed the concept of ‘‘weak structure'' and the disaster countermeasure of ‘‘overall stabilizing the roadway and strengthening the support of weak structure''. The industrial test shows that the disaster control technology can realize the coordination deformation of the supporting structure and roadway surrounding rock, thus significantly controlling the deformation of roadway surrounding rock.

砌碹巷道失稳机理及加固技术研究被引量:12

为了保证已失稳砌碹巷道的长期使用,采用理论分析和工程实践的研究方法,对其失稳机理及加固技术进行了研究。结果表明:由于受超挖、动压、地下水侵蚀等因素的影响,砌碹巷道容易产生拱顶壁后空洞或拱肩壁后空洞。当空洞发展到一定程度,砌碹结构与围岩的相互作用可使砌碹结构在局部产生大于砌碹抗压强度的弯曲压应力,进而导致砌碹巷道失稳。另外,基于改善砌碹结构受力状况、提高围岩强度和增大支护阻力所提出的壁后充填、围岩注浆和锚杆支护的综合加固技术对失稳砌碹巷道的控制效果良好。
