Influence of Vanadium Element on Microstructure of Electron Beam Welded Titanium Alloy to Stainless Steel Joint被引量:5

Electron beam welding experiments of titanium alloys with different vanadium content to stainless steel,as well as alpha titanium to stainless steel using vanadium sheets as filler metal and transition portion were carried out.Microstructures of the joints were examined by scanning electron microscope.The properties were evaluated by microhardness and tensile strength.It was shown that electron beam welding is not feasible due to the brittle Ti-Fe intermetallics with high hardness.Increase of vanadium content in base metal can restrain but can't avoid the formation of cracks.When vanadium content was too large,the joint was embrittled by FeTi compound with supersaturated V and also cracked after welding.Crack free joint was achieved by using vanadium transition portion which can prevent the contact of Ti and Fe elements.However,the formation of brittle σ intermetallics reduced the tensile strength of the joint,only up to 134MPa.

TC4/Ta-W合金异种金属电子束焊接被引量:6

对TC4/Ta-W合金电子束焊接进行了研究,采用偏向钽钨合金一侧进行焊接的方式进行分析.电子束焊接接头成形良好,在一定偏束量时焊缝中Ta和W元素含量较高,焊缝组织为以β钛为基的固溶体组织,无脆性化合物生成,存在富钽区和贫钽区.焊缝中元素分布不均匀,在偏束量为0.6 mm时焊缝中含钛相对较多,约为60%,而钽钨母材熔化相对较少,约占40%.当偏束量为0.4 mm时焊缝的最高抗拉强度达到714MPa,基本与钽钨合金母材等强,断裂发生在焊缝处.钽钨侧热影响区硬度较母材降低,钛侧熔合线处出现硬度最大值.

对35CrMnS i钢电子束焊接进行了研究.结果表明,电子束焊接接头成形良好,无焊接缺陷产生.焊缝完全奥氏体化,在随后的快速冷却后形成以板条马氏体为主,并有少量残余奥氏体的组织.热影响区分为过热区、正火区和不完全淬火区,过热区为粗大马氏体组织,正火区为马氏体和贝氏体混合组织,而不完全淬火区为马氏体和铁素体混合组织.接头的抗拉强度高于母材,断裂均发生在母材处,焊缝硬度显著高于母材.接头抗弯强度为1 300 MPa,较母材有所提高,且抗弯强度随束流的增大而略有增加.接头弯曲角为54,°较母材略有降低.

Structure and mechanical properties of aluminum alloy/Ag interlayer/steel non-centered electron beam welded joints被引量:6

Electron beam welding was carried out between aluminum alloy and steel with Ag interlayer. Seam morphology, structure and mechanical properties of the joints were investigated with different action positions of the electron beam spot. The results show that with the increment of the beam offset to the silver side from the interface between silver and steel, the seam morphology was improved, and the porosity in the Ag interlayer vanished. A transition layer mainly composed of Ag2Al and Al eutectic was formed at the interface between silver and aluminum, and became thin and spiccato as the beam offset increased. When the beam offset was too large, two IMC layers composed of FeAl and FeAl3 respectively were formed at the interface between steel and Ag interlayer. The optimal beam offset was 0.2 mm, and the maximum tensile strength of the joint was 193 MPa, 88.9% that of the aluminum alloy, and the fracture occurred at the interface between steel and Ag interlayer.

偏束距离对铝合金/钢电子束焊接接头组织与性能的影响被引量:7

分析了不同偏束距离对铝合金/钢异种金属EBW接头的组织形态、化合物层厚度、裂纹缺陷以及接头性能的影响.结果表明,随着偏束距离的增加,焊缝中的Fe-A l化合物颗粒逐渐消失,晶界上的共晶体减少,化合物层形态由复杂变简单,厚度减小.偏束距离较小时,在化合物层附近的焊缝中存在裂纹缺陷;偏束距离较大时,在化合物层上存在裂纹.偏束距离为0.5 mm时,接头最高抗拉强度为125 MPa,不同偏束距离下的断口宏观形貌有显著不同.化合物层厚度最佳范围为0.9~1.55μm,这个范围是由电子束热源特性决定的.

硬质合金与钢电子束焊接接头组织及性能被引量:7

通过预置镍基金属填充层进行了硬质合金与钢的偏钢侧电子束焊接,获得了无裂纹缺陷的焊接接头.焊接接头为"半钉形"熔-钎焊接头,硬质合金/焊缝界面及钢/焊缝界面均形成了较好的冶金结合,且硬质合金母材发生微熔,部分WC颗粒进入焊缝中.结果表明,硬质合金侧界面处获得了γ(Fe,Ni)固溶体组织和以W2C及Fe3W3C为主的"鱼骨状"碳化物组织,钢侧热影响区为典型的马氏体组织.焊缝中含有较多的Fe,Ni元素,且Ni元素向硬质合金侧界面处发生了扩散;接头最高抗拉强度可达560 MPa,最高抗剪强度达到460 MPa,断口为明显的准解理断口.
