- La蛋白干预HBV RNA代谢的研究进展

- 目的:从La蛋白共价修饰角度,分析La蛋白磷酸化与去磷酸化对其功能的影响,探讨La蛋白与HBV RNA相互作用的分子机制。方法:综述近期人La蛋白的国内外相关文献。结果:人La蛋白是HBV RNA代谢相关蛋白,使HBV RNA免受核酸降解而维持HBV的生命周期,磷酸化是La的激活方式,通过小分子封闭磷酸化位点,可能成为研制抗HBV新药的方向之一。结论:La蛋白可能作为研制抗HBV感染药物的新靶点,拥有更大的研究前景。
