Through the extraction of soil sample in 0.5mol/L NaHCO 3,FIA is adopted to measure the density of PO 3- 4 in the extracting solution.According to that ethyl violet-ammonium molybate-OP complex coloring system react and generat the blue ternary ion complex,flow path of FIA is designed to make coloring and measuring completed on line.All technical parameters of this flow path have been experimented on in detail and have been optimized.The results show that:the blue ternary ion complex generated after reaction has the maximum absorption at the point of wavelength 430nm,with linear correlation coefficient 0.9997 and RSD less than 0.2%.Results obtained from measuring the actual sample have significant positive correlation with the proposed values.
This text intends to extract K+ by digestion of sample soil in 005mol/L HCl+00125mol/L H2SO4 to determine its density in the digestion liquid with low pressure ion chromatography.Keep 14m mol/LHNO3 in mobility, add 100μL sample digestion liquid, then determine the content of K+ throung conduction test.Applying this method to the determination of K+ in the actual sample soil,the RSD% is 017%,which conforms with the proposed value and shows good relevance.
The Cr 6+ in water sample is separated,enriched by low pressure cathodic ion Chromatography and is determined with spectrophotometry.The optimal experimental conditions are also explored.The result is satisfactory in that the instruments and equipment used in experiment are ordinary,the manipulation is easy,other cations in water sample don’t interfere in the determination of Cr 6+ and the multiplicity of enrichment may reach 100 Limit concentration being 1.06×10 -4 mg/L,RSD 0.1%,rate of recovery,97.9~103.8.
