芫花根的化学成分被引量：11: 2016年; 目的：研究芫花Daphne genkwa根的化学成分,并筛选其生物活性。方法：采用硅胶柱色谱,凝胶柱色谱等手段,结合理化性质和波谱数据,对芫花根的乙酸乙酯萃取部分的化合物进行分离鉴定。结果：从芫花根中分离得到了16个化合物,分别鉴定为二氢瑞香素乙（dihydrodaphnodorin B,1）,荛花醇A（wikstrol A,2）,瑞香酚（stelleranol,3）,毛瑞香素D2（daphnodorin D2,4）,毛瑞香素D1（daphnodorin D1,5）,毛瑞香素A（daphnodorin A,6）,O-methyledgeworin（7）,clemaphenol A（8）,1β-hydroxy-10βH-guaia-4,11-dien-3-one（9）,1αH,10αH,7αH-guaia-4,11-dien-3-one（10）,1,5-diphenylpentan-1-hydroxy-3-one（11）,oleodaphnone（12）,S-（＋）-1,5-diphenylpentan-3-hydroxy-1-one（13）,8-hydroxypluviatolide（14）,表木栓醇（epifriedelanol,15）,5α-stigmast-9（11）-en-3β-ol（16）。生物活性筛选结果表明,化合物1,2,6对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用。结论：化合物1-6,10,12,13首次从芫花中分离得到,化合物11,15首次从瑞香属中分离得到,化合物7-9,14,16首次从瑞香科中分离得到。; 孙文婷蔡由生杨升平; 关键词：芫花化学成分双黄酮抑菌活性

Steroids from the Fungus Pleurotus ostreatus被引量：2: 2003年; Twelve steroids, including eight ergostane-type sterols and four mono-glucosides of ergostane-type sterols, were isolated from the ethyl acetate soluble fraction of the fungus Pleurotus ostreatus ( Jacq. : Fr.) Kummer. A new compound 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-22E, 24R-ergosta-7, 22-diene-5alpha, 6beta, 9alpha-triol, was structurally elucidated by spectroscopic and chemical methods. Chemical Components from Craniotome furcata被引量：4: 2001年; Four compounds, craniosides A (1) and B (2), mussaenoside (3) and ningpogenin (4) were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Craniotome furcata ( Link.) O. Kuntze for the first time. Among them, craniosides A (1) and B (2) were identified as new compounds. 秃杉中萜类和酚类化学成分被引量：2: 2004年; 从秃杉(Taiwania flousiana Gaussen)的根皮中分离鉴定了6个三萜类化合物、1个二萜类化合物、1个倍半萜类化合物和9个酚类化合物，其中两个为新化合物，分别鉴定为(24S)-3β-methoxy-5α-lanost-9(11)-ene-7β，24，25-triol(1)和senecrassidiol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8)，化合物1命名为taiwaniatriol。通过波谱学方法确定了这些化合物的结构。; 向瑛杨升平占扎君岳建民; 关键词：秃杉杉科三萜酚类化合物
