This paper demonstrates respectlly the importances of abiding by the courtesy principles of English on telephone,writing and negotiation and presents the methods to make diction tactful and tone mild during business English communication.If we use the principles skillfully,it can help both sides to establish business relations on the basis of equality and mutual benefit.
This thesis mainly discusses about the negative factors that affect the student'senthusiasm in class. It is separated into two parts. In the first part, it explores the reason from the aspect of economy through examples and comparison. In the other part, it narrates the defects of traditional teaching methods which have some significant connections with students 'enthusiasm.
