Agilent 6410 LCQQQ was employed to determine small molecule acrylamine in food.Rapid and quantitative analysis was achieved.LOQ of the method was obtained at 10 ng/mL,while LOD was observed at 1 ng/mL.Real samples of tea with different varieties and processing techniques were run and different amount of acrylamine was found in those samples.
A rapid and quantitative method for determination of MG and LMG in food was established by Agilent 6410 LCQQQ.ESI(+)and MRM mode was applied in MS qualification and quantitation,the method is free of traditional employment of PbO2 oxidation column.It is very sensitive and rapid.LOQ reaches 0.01 μg/kg and meets the requirement of EU and JPL for residue testing.
