China’s acceding to WTO has great impact on original foreign document resources construction.In order to provide our country with a guarantee for foreign document resources,the author suggests a regional system of guarantee be set up so as to supplement and perfect our country’s system of guarantee for foreign document resources.
The article gives some superficial views on the construction of the bibliographic data of the books authorized to be published in China by foreign publishing houses.
