The rapid development of computer network vigorously promotes the progress of informatization of human society.At the same time,it also gives rise to a series of problems.This article approaches the characteristics of network transmission and the measures of different countries in the world and some international organizations in protecting the copyright of network transmission.
Based on an analysis of the difficulties faced by the traditional Management Information System(MIS)in the network era,this article explicates the characteristics of Intranet and the advantages of the new generation MIS based on Intranet.The problems arising therein are also discussed.
