0 IntroductionConsidering the approximation of traditional design scheme on gear shaping cutter,we have given a new design model in paper[1],derived its CAD geometric model andverified that the new scheme is superior to the traditional one,but whether or not thenew designed cutter can be carried out with ordinary grinder is worth discussing fur-ther.This paper is to verifty the practicability of paper[1].
